Jake was excellent! From the initial quote to the end of the entire gutter replacement, the whole process was smooth, and easy. I was majorly relieved to see how genuine, and straightforward Jake ran his business. Never at any point did my wife or I feel pressured or guilted into making quick decisions, and Jake was communicative if there was anything holding him back from getting to work on our project as was scheduled.
