Bar none, worst company I can remember dealing with. We got an expensive 8” half round system installed thinking we were making a nice upgrade to our home. Had to get them to make a few small adjustments at install. Paid in full around 15k. Since then, one second story downspout has fallen off and getting erosion around foundation at that corner of house. Out of all the contractors Minto hired to build my house, Guttersmith was one of few that didn't have to come back. That says something, thank you Sarah!
One of the only contractors out of 30 that didn't have to come back and fix anything on my newly built house. I think as a consumer you should judge by what's important and accept the inherent nature of construction. This company came and did their job and Sarah was very professional. I would reccomend them.
Workers from Guttersmith came out to install gutters next door and had been here for over 2 hours setting up and taking up the entire street. I had a washer and dryer installed at the same time they were here and before I know it the Guttersmith workers were screaming profanities and yelling at the men installing my washer and dryer to move their truck as well as almost getting physical.
