My gutters were 42 years old so it was definitely time for new ones! I found Gutters Matter on the internet and read their reviews. All the reviews were 5 star ratings so I decided to call for an estimate. Everyone I spoke with from the first phone call to the installation were very respectful and very nice. Gutter Matters was one of five company quotes considered. They had great reviews and were very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. I contracted for gutter replacements and new facia (including frieze), soffits and rakes. I had no major concerns about the gutters, but required multiple rework attempts for the aluminum trim on the facia and rakes. The metal craftsman sincerely aimed to ensure my satisfaction. Absolutely thrilled with these new gutters. I took a chance on Gutters Matter because of their Google reviews, and I was not disappointed! The crew came out and was super friendly and professional. They all introduced themselves and gave me a no hassle up front price. Military discount, too! I didn't even ask for it, but they saw me in uniform and it knocked about $200 off the bill. I can’t say enough good things about Gutters Matter! The entire team was more than professional from start to finish; very fast response times!
