Efficient and Skillful – The gutter mechanics at Gutters For Less are not only quick and efficient, they are artists. The custom copper gutter and downspout work they perform is outstanding
Worst customer service and disorganized – I call and make an appointment, they do not show up on time so I leave but I get a quote from them. I did not understand what the X's were meaning on the quote so I asked the salesman to come back. The person on the phone asked to schedule an install for the 7th of November, I said to go ahead. The salesman shows up we go over the details and notes we are on schedule.I call them two days after they are supposed to show and the person on the phone cannot find the quote for ten minutes... read more
Poor workmanship and worse customer service! – GFL replaced a gutter along my back roof...they did an adequate job with the replacement but left my back deck a complete disaster, to include metal shavings (size of a tennis ball), mud, dirt, etc everywhere. In addition, they left my rear gate wide open after the job and didn't address a flashing problem I had asked them to look into.
