I had gutter toppers installed by The Gutter Man this spring. Recent heavy rains produced overflow over the sides of the gutters in a few locations. I called The Gutter Man of TN and within two days they were here to address the issue. They replaced the toper with one that allows for better flow of water into the gutter.
