It went from “good to horrible” service When I first contacted Richard he promptly showed and and installed gutters. They initially looked great. We have since had so much rain that some adjusting to the gutters as well as and additional downspouts are definitely needed to be installed. I contacted Richard and messaged and called several times. After many attempts he actually responded and said he would show up last weekend. Called and got a reasonable quote for a gutter repair job. He suggested a day that would not work in my schedule but instead of rescheduling he completely ghosted me after I followed up via call and text. Ended up going with someone else. Not sure if the experience would have gotten better, but for anyone looking to hire Richard have a back up and don't expect good customer service.
