I retract my previous review. Once a homeowner spends thousands of dollars to ensure their home is well protected from water damage (gutters) and drainage issues (basement ), they are left with no support nor guidance when the first year anniversary comes around. Be aware! If you are looking for support once you have done your due diligence and signed the necessary paperwork for yearly service, nothing will happen. No follow up nor support.
From the initial estimate with James, through the payment process with Chrissy to getting the Gutter Shutters installed by Randy and his Crew...what a Truly Wonderful Experience. Then, the owner, Colin, actually called me and came to visit the job site. The Team came out and advise on everything they were doing answered questions I had before and after the work was completed. Very Friendly and pleasant experience!
My team of people were Karl, Jose and Randy. All were pleasant to work with. Mr. Karl kept it honest and true when coming out initially to talk to us about gutters in general, the process and pricing. Jose and Randy did great work on installation. When they initially finished, heavy rain had started and one part was still overflowing the same way as previous gutters which had me nervous considering we agreed to it based on ensuring that wouldn’t occur anymore.
