Gutter Shutter was a pleasure to deal with. Good communication, timely response, and transparent throughout the entire process. Karl was great in the initial booking and the office staff was great in getting everything scheduled and done perfectly!
Jose called prior to arrival with an ETA and arrived on time. He was very professional. We did a walk around while he explain the work he and Randy would be completing. Afterwards he asked if I had any questions and he answered all that I had. Jose and Randy completed the installation of my gutters, and they look great!! We did a final walk final walk around. Wow, I was very happy with the process of Gutter Shutter from the beginning to the end. Customer Service was great with several financial options to make your experience more comfortable . Karl the sale designer was great with his presentation. It's like a crown molding around your house that add a wonderful curb appeal ..I love my Gutter Shutter.
Karl Lee did a good job of creating interest in the product at the Home Show, and followed up with a professional presentation of the product during a home visit. The $800 discount to sign an agreement within 24 hours was too good to pass up. I will say I paid about twice as much as I thought it would cost. Time will tell if I made a good investment.
