I was super suspicious about the roof estimate in seconds. but I put my name in and my address in the calculator and it came up with a really good price. the price was beating competitors by $5000 to $6000 to even 10,000. Because I've had estimates from people that came to my house. I seen on there that they guarantee it. Because they cut out salesman commission and buy in bulk. This company delivered. We were in a tight spot financially, but did our due diligence to get three quotes from three different companies. These guys worked with us within our budget and got us the best deal for the funds we had. They were also extremely flexible in the timeline and were able to tarp the roof immediately to make sure the early spring rains didn’t affect us too much. tl;dr - I would recommend Gutter & Roof Solutions NW without hesitation. The product and level of Customer Service we received, made the estimate for the roof replacement seem more than reasonable. The estimate was not the cheapest but was with the ballpark of other estimates. I've learned over the years that I value Customer Service much higher in any decision I make than the cost of a product.
