These gutters work well enough, but we have one problem - a short run at the bottom of two valleys that simply can t handle the water being funneled in to the existing gutter. That stretch needs to be made larger to handle the water flow in a heavy rain. I have called them several times to come out and look at this issue, but they never call back. Once the job is done, they are done with you. No customer follow up after the bill is paid.

I just spent 1.5 hours with a salesman from Gutter Magician in Louisville, KY. The entire first hour was spent on discrediting the competitors products. Im completely appauled at the experience and customer service i received from gutter magician. I salesman came out to to an estimate and went over his pitch. when i asked questions about his numbers he seems flustered and upset. I had to correct him on the total number of square feet which he was off by more than 20 ft. he acknowledged the mistake, but i had to ask him repeatedly where some of his numbers were coming from. he got mad and just got up and left. i asked if i could keep a copy of the 1 yr. estimate price and he ... read more
I would like to share my experience with The Gutter Magician in Louisville, KY.Gutter Magician man showed up at our doorstep. He was very persuasive, and promised free energy audit which would allow saving 25 to 54% of monthly utility bill. He immediately called Gutter Magician office and confirmed an appointment. About 4 years ago a salesman came out and went through his whole sales pitch before giving me an estimate. After getting the estimate I told him it was out of my price range, at which point he got angry and very rude. The other day at the Fair I was talking to the people at the Gutter Magician booth and was talked into letting them come out again even though I told him it was out of my price range last time. Just had a gentleman going door to door come stop by my house. He pushed extremely hard for me to have one of his salesman come out. Once they came out they refused to do the presentation because my spouse had a last minute appointment and could not make it. Once again making me change my schedule to listen to their pitch that i did not want to hear in the first place. In short i will not re-schedule now. Even if you have the greatest product in the world no one will want to buy it from a pushy salesman. Pretty upset.
Wow, awful salesmen. I was trying to leave my house (we had an emergency) and the salesmen came over and stood behind my car in the driveway, preventing me from leaving. I told them that I had an emergency and was late, but they would not step out from behind my car, even after my cell phone started going crazy with calls to see where I was.
