****** ****** is a fraudster. He quoted a sidewalk repair at $2800 in early 2024. I accepted the quote and gave a $1450 deposit. He never came back. I demanded a refund in May with a certified letter, which he received. He texted a few excuses, then silent. I filed a criminal action in September of 2024, case no. 24-24176, which has not proceeded as of this day (7/17/25). He has committed fraud against a senior citizen (myself and my wife) and has yet to face the consequences.
