From the gentleman that provided the quote to the gentleman that installed the Gutter Helmet I received GREAT SERVICE! This is my second home that I had this product installed. I lived in my first home for 23 years. I never had any problems with the Gutter Helmet product or installation. I expect the same with my new home! I definitely recommend this company to everyone! Fantastic customer service and fantastic product!

I have been a Gutter Helmet of Denver customer since 1999; I would NEVER even consider using another company. Their statements to their customers are completely true. I posted the wrong date for my first interaction with Gutter Helmet. After checking my records, I see that it was 2003, not 1999. My roof was replaced in 1999, but GH was not added immediately.
This company representative, who refuses to give her name, rude female. This is a very poor product for Colorado, as Hail completely demolishes it, and it is very expensive to replace. I was told there is a $150 charge for them to come out and inspect for hail damage. Extremely poor customer service during our current pandemic! We will have our gutter helmet removed and install a much better product - **** ******!

Working alongside your insurance company we did get 100% replacement funds secured for you to replace your Gutter Helmet 7 years ago. They may have a great product, but I'd give them a 0 for false advertising if I could. As stated in all of their mailings and on the website :"We'll beat ANY no clog guaranteed competitor's written estimate of you get a $100 GIFT CARD". I had a written estimate from another system that was much less expensive, and the Gutter Helmet rep said I would qualify for the $100. After 2 months waiting for my $100, I called and was told the product I had installed was inferior, and therefore wouldn't qualify for the gift card. I compl... read more

I had my Gutter Helmet replaced today from hail damage 5/24/2018 by installers Tim and Chris. Tim was the main installer I worked with at my home Tim was extremely helpful with the knowledge and work that required to be performed for my installation. I had worked with Desiree M. from the start.
