This is an entire documentation of my interactions with this company, spoiler alert, it's not a positive one. 2021 - I called them up asking for assistant a few months after the purchase of our home, the gutterhelmet system is broken and causing damage to my house. Larry on the phone told me they can "fix and clean the gutters" after I transfer ownership of the warranty from the previous owners. This costed me $150 to "transfer warranty". Sales person is very trained on what to say and this company is not individualized to the customer, clearly makes commission on each system who installs with them. Their prices are very steep.
