My salesmen Bruce was right on time, that means a lot to me. He presented everything clearly, took measurements and was supper polite. I was contacted very quickly my awning was ready for install. I did receive a call that the installers had been delayed and would have to reschedule. They came the next day, I wasn't even home and took care of everything. Everything was neat and clean and my awning is awesome. Thank you all.
The installation of the Gutter Helmet went pretty smoothly, Garrett did a great job.
We purchased the Gutter Helmet in 2020 and have been extremely satisfied. We recently had hail damage and Matt H. came to the house and walked us through the process of getting them replaced. Matt is very knowledgeable and after the initial installation, came back to check on the install, and found several discrepancies. He wrote up a work order and had these discrepancies corrected in a timely manner. Matt is an asset to the company, as he knows the product, as well as has excellent interpersonal skills.
Very pleased with the cost and the turn around time for installation. Trey was very kind and helpful, providing excellent support and answers to all our questions.
