They worked with us and our roofing company to ensure the job was done right.This required them to delay the job b/c the roofer need to redo part of the roof. This shows they care about getting it done right.
We love these gutter covers. Wind and hail damage has caused us to have to replace our existing Gutter Helmet covers. We went with the same covers since we have always had excellent service with this company.
We are quite happy with Gutter Helmet. We had a different system installed and it just wasn't able to do the job. This is our second time using Gutter Helmet and we are very pleased to have it back. Rodney Ford gave us our estimate and was great to work with. Grant and his coworker came, got to work and did a great job for us. They were polite and easy to work with. They finished the job inspite of the horrible heat in good time. Thank you for having good people working for you and us.
My salesmen Bruce was right on time, that means a lot to me. He presented everything clearly, took measurements and was supper polite. I was contacted very quickly my awning was ready for install. I did receive a call that the installers had been delayed and would have to reschedule. They came the next day, I wasn't even home and took care of everything. Everything was neat and clean and my awning is awesome. Thank you all.
