I put down a deposit to have gutters installed. I was in an Atv accident. Was unable to work about lost my house. At the time I Requested my deposit back. Ther replied no. Don't recommend this company at all. They apparently don't understand. I wish them the best. Hope nothing like this happens to them. Bad choice of company to go with if something unspeakable happens. ZERO stars if I could. Gutters still clog and overflow and now they want to charge to fix this. Customer service is disgusting. When you spend thousands of $ for a product that advertises "clog free" then it should stand up to that claim. AS far as we are concerned these should be removed so we could get a product that works. No one gets back to you, customer service is non existent. DO NOT BUY

Very much regret choosing this product (through Costco). I was lied to about what product was being installed, the office person shows mediocre professionalism, and the techs who come for periodic cleaning are late, with no advice, and do almost nothing!
