Product works well, but does need annual maintenance to clean pollen and the diverters clog with pollen and pinecones and maple seeds so they’ll grow small trees on your roof. Good luck getting ahold of lednor for a warranty call. I’ve literally called the warranty line and left a voicemail and separately an automated callback number THREE TIMES PER WEEK, for 4 weeks! We just had our roof replaced by Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet and the crew did a fantastic job. They removed the old roof, protecting my siding and landscaping, completely cleaned up all the debris and installed the new roof beautifully. The entire crew was courteous and meticulous doing their work. I am very pleased with the entire job!

Just got my gutter guards installed and was told by the customer service representative on the phone that there is a protective film that washes away within 2 rain storms in the meantime, the water is not going into the gutters, going right over them and into my walls. This was never explained to us, neither by the sales guy or the installer. The representative was rude and didn't care about the concern of water seeping into my walls.
