Purchased the Gutter Helmet system 3 years ago, and was told the gutters would remain clog free, or the service to clean it would be free, for life. Gutters clogged, went to schedule service, and as of Aug 1st there is a $50 "warranty appraisal" fee, which was never communicated. Very deceptive sales and customer service practices behind a 'meh' product -- look elsewhere.
I waited way too long to pull the trigger on this. I got estimates from many different companies over three years, I did my homework and still procrastinated. The Last straw was having to get on a latter at 11 o'clock at night in the middle of a thunderstorm.. water was pouring over the top of my new 6 inch gutters clogged because of my two large silver maples. Daniel was a great help to me. He was concerned for my needs and went out of the way, even getting out his ladder and going up on the roof, to correct my problem -- even though he's not the Gutter Helmut repairman!
Dan spent almost two hours addressing our clogged gutters, removing debris, and helping to prevent the basement flooding problem we've had. We really appreciate his dedication to helping us!
