We’ve had a horrible experience and months without our gutters replaced from them after they took them off. They sent teams that didn’t bring the right equipment or know what was needed. We can’t get ahold of the service team and still waiting.
Update: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Service is impossible to get ahold of, they have sent a crew to reinstall my gutters and the helmets three different times, and each time they showed up expecting to do a different task than what is actually needed, one they didn't have the right materials to complete. Now they're telling me their "gutter truck" is broken down, so it'll be another delay in completing my job. You can't buy your way into the service schedule. Very Disappointing Experience I do not recommend this company. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake was completely unacceptable. We hired this company for gutter replacement in April, and it was a very frustrating experience. Our home has two levels, and we clearly told the person who came out for the estimate that the first-level gutter needed to be replaced — it was visibly broken and damaged. I completely agree with a previous review from another potential customer. Getting someone out to provide an estimate for new gutters and gutter helmet was not a problem. I accepted the estimate and quickly received an email stating they would be contacting me to schedule. Never happened. I called the service dept. to check status and had to leave a message. Absolutely DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS with this company. They are courteous in the sales portion; however, once you sign the contract, you are forgotten and ghosted. I contacted them a week after signing the contract and paying a deposit of nearly $1,000 since I had not heard anything about scheduling. They didn't give the professional courtesy of an apology, and informed me I was scheduled on June 10. Keep in mind, I had to make contact.
