The owner, Everardo, spent a lot of time with us while doing the estimate: noting specific issues that would likely need attention (for example, a warped fascia board), discussing the process he and his team would take (including taking videos of the work as it occurred and sending it to us so we could talk about any issues), and the fact that he would be on site each day of the work. Roof & Gutter Busters came to clean our gutters at our church after they gave us a real reasonable bid. The crew of five went quickly into this difficult job with 5 workers. They even adjusted some gutter to direct water more efficiently, They also repaired the more damaged sections of the gutters and downspouts. We hope to continue our relationship with this company with other building on our property.
I heartily recommend Roof and Gutter Busters and owner Everardo Zuniga. We needed a gutter installed where the cheapskate developer/builder omitted it, instead letting water flow off the roof onto a sub-roof below. The constant moisture during the rainy season caused moss to grow on the sub-roof...not a desirable situation. So also we needed the moss cleaned off the sub-roof. The team at Roof & Gutter Busters did a great job with repairing a hole in my roof and replacing damaged gutters. They were courteous, hard-working, and incredibly competent.
