It’s clear that Charlie has been in the industry for quite some time. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I had a lot of questions for Charlie related to the home inspection and Radon test performed. Charlie walked us through what needed fixed, why it needed fixed and ways to perform those fixes in detail putting us at ease. Scheduling was quick and easy. We will absolutely be using Gutridge Inspections for any future needs.

We had a great experience. My girlfriend and I are nervous first time home buyers, and are admittedly scared of what costly nightmares could be lurking in the basement, behind the walls, or under the sink. Charlie was extremely helpful in walking us through everything that looked rock-solid, and was great at explaining what would need work, why it needed work, and how it would work, in a digestible way.
