I can not rate their technical expertise either, but I agree that their people skills leave much to be desired as well. While at the Indian Mound Mall, my daughter, friends & I were verbally yelled at and almost run down by an employee of this "company" We were at the mall to donate jeans for a jeans drive for teen homeless shelters. We were unloading our vehicles in the loading dock area. The guy from Gutridge yelled at us for parking where we did. I use this company for all my electrical needs- I dont even get quotes- always reasonable and always helpful. I give them a A++++++ They save me time and money.

I cant rate their technical expertise,but their people skills leave much to be desired.During the strawberry festival they parked a large utility vehicle towing a trailer halfway in the alley and partially in my companies parking lot.All of remaining employees were boxed in,so I called their office to ask them to move the vehicle.The lady seemed uninterested,but took the time to scoff at my grammatical errors.I got a call back later from one of the men employed there telling me that only a "retard" would have difficulty gett... read more
