Gutman management allows supers to treat tenants disrespectfully. Brian the super at 4582 Manhattan College Parkway is allowed to spread tenants rent information and nothing is done to him. He also is allowed to play loud music and doesn’t get reprimanded.
I don't know but I've found Laura to be quite accommodating and for the price, so far so good.
