Outstanding food, staff and ambiance. The breakfast crepe with potatoes and yellow chile sauce was delicious.

My mum is also known as The Queen - even at 80, she's difficult to please. A Taos resident suggested Gutiz for lunch. The only way I can describe the way my mum ate her scallops and shrimp linguini was fast! She said it was the loveliest meal she'd had in a very long time. Thank you Gutiz for the gift of awesome food! It only highlights the gratitude we have that my mum can still experience superb food, especially as she is a two-year tongue cancer survivor. Thank you!

LOVE THIS PLACE. I live in Oklahoma. I hate coming home knowing it will be a long time before I get to return for breakfast!!!
Fabulous food, great service....a MUST if you are in the Taos area. Be sure you get dessert and then get some of Jennifer 's TRUFFLES to go. They are unbelievable!!!!
My husband and I spent our anniversary in Taos....we had the Eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was excellent! We went back every morning for them. We've since then recommended Gutiz to any and all of our friends visiting Taos. The food was excellent and the service was awesome! Can't wait to visit New Mexico again so we can go to Gutiz!
