Finally a Doctor with a great bed side manner. He is very diligent in his work, he listened to me about everything that I thought would be a problem. He asked many questions and gave me the confidence that I had chosen the perfect Doctor. His staff is beyond belief, they are friendly, everyone knows what they are doing which for me is a huge plus, again, more confidence in my choice. Very disappointed. Waited two hours for less than 5 minutes of wasted time. Doctor joked around instead of examining me.

Good heavens! Imagine a physician of any specialty actually having a personality and a sincere ability to communicate with patients! Sort of refreshing. And lucky that I have a person of his skill.
He takes his time and listens. He has a friendly manner and explains his suggested treatments and why. I like him also because he is conservative in his treatments and cost conscious. He takes time too to get to know you and remembers things about you from previous visits.
My grandmother was mortified after seeing this physician. After several visits, she only met the physician once (during her actual hospital stay). All other appointments were handled by Dr. Gutierrez' PA James.This man fell asleep numerous times mid-sentence. He was very unprofessional, and rushed my grandmother out of the office. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any patient. If you are scheduled to be seen by this Cardiologist, make sure he sees you, not James the PA! >:(
Dr. Gutierrez is one of a kind! He is caring and shows compassion toward all his patients! I trust him completely and have recommended him to family and friends.
