Leaves paper work on fax machine for almost two weeks. Needs to be hounded to have meds filled that he himself ordered. Was scheduled a FaceTime appointment failed to make appointment. Had assistant call three days lager to reschedule, was 45 mins late for reschedule appointment. When told about the issues response was “oh” and to look down at paper work. Go somewhere else. Before covid i was impressed his waiting room was always open with seats now i know why.
