The staff and there are so disrespectful need to be report them the whole staff there, not in the same page.So obvious
Other than the long wait times, the staff is very busy with other patients but they do process you accordingly.

Good luck making an appointment. My wife was trying to make an appointment for her mother. She called twice and was placed on hold. Twenty minutes later, I then called from my phone until I finally got a hold of the receptionist. I requested to set up an appointment for my mother in law and was told Doctor Wong was booked all the way to May 4. Mind you, today is 3-10-2026. I then told the lady, so the doc is not seeing patients until May 4. Then she finally says he excepts walk-ins Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays. Good luck try... read more
