Came by for lunch today and ordered the four piece combo with extra sauce and bread. Was never asked if I wanted a receipt so I sat down and ten minutes later two gentleman ordered and received their food. I asked the employee how much longer it would take and she couldn’t find my order and I had to tell her what I ordered. At this point I asked for a refund and didn’t want to wait any longer for food but just leave the establishment.

I have been to Guthries in Oxford four times in the last month...all around 830-9pm. Every time we go, the lady manager there tells us the card machine is down and they only are taking cash. This happens EVERY TIME at night around that time, but never during the day. Not sure how the machine works during the day, but conveniently never works at 830-9 at night. We've just stopped trying to go at all due to this night time crew.
