I could be totally off track because I’m so accustomed to the great service at the 15th street location. I visited the location on hwy 69 and I will admit, I will not stray from the 15th street location again. Not only was my wait over 30 minutes, my food was cold and my order was incorrect. I will say the lady who took my money was friendly but that’s where it stopped. I worked in the fast food industry several years so I try to be mindful of the wait times but to give someone cold food after a long wait is unacceptable. I ... read more
Service is A1 but the food was subpar. The coleslaw had turned, the toast was old and the fingers were tough. I didn't want to cook tonight so I rolled the dice. Unacceptable. Do better
