I was seen by Tim Flurschutz, NP. Someway, somehow, my right elbow and arm were in a lot of pain and I couldn't bend the elbow. Tim looked over my injury very carefully and told me that one of the muscles in my elbow region was inflamed (I don't remember the name) and that I should ice it down, and not do my regular workout routine for about a week or so.
