I love my drs here . However the receptionist making my appointments without consent is very aggravating to me. They have no idea if my schedule can fit in the appointment. They are being courteous but not. I absolutely love Guthrie Southport just annoyed with the receptionist.
Love the nurses and doctors here but the receptionist at the front desk never pick the phone up. I’ve been calling about my appointment for the last half our and no one has bothered to answer.
The staff is exceptional..very caring..really listens to what you say...and eager to help find a solutions to your issues...highly recommend this office
