I drove my daughter approximately two hours round trip for the doctor to spend two minutes with us, being very dismissive. The first thing he said to us was, "So, why are you here?" My daughter's primary doctor referred my daughter there because she has a swollen lymph node that is painful and, per the ultrasound report, showed signs of abnormalities and possible malignancy. This was a traumatic visit for me. There has been a lot of movement of doctors & staff over the years. Both good & bad personnel leave. They are clearly unhappy & dissatisfied & take it out on the patients. The Doctor I saw was was arrogant, impatient & completely lacked compassion & concern - the human coefficient. I will have my needs met through UPMC in future & not Guthrie. I feel sorry for those that remain who do care & try to do a good job in difficult circumstances in a negative environment!
I am very disappointed with this office. What ever happened to good customer service or a Dr that listens to their patient! They need to do something in regard's to this office and the Dr's that work in it. They act like they really dislike the job they are doing and the patients that walk in the doors.
Terrible place...Go 2 wmspt where they have real Drs and excellent care.
I’d like to give a better review but here I am filling this review out in the chair because the doctor is over 30 minutes late again. Please stop bringing patients in the back and leaving them in a room for 30-45 minutes. It’s unacceptable. Besides not making any progress on why I’m coming here not sure why I’m waiting my time. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else. This place doesn’t give a damn about people. Have a good day.😁
