I’ve been to different Gutherie’s a thousand times and I thought I’d stop by this one for a quick snack while running errands. This was probably the best meal I’ve had from Gutherie’s ever. Chicken was super crispy and juicy in the inside and the fries were perfectly fried. Might have been a one time thing but I will definitely try again. Dude was funny too. Went through drive-thru.
Terrence, the assistant manager there is absolutely the best. He takes care of customers like they were his brother. He’s so good in my personal opinion that I followed him from the restaurant that y’all close down to where he is now. He is 100% the reason that I still eat at your restaurant.!!!!!
The guy at the window was very patient and actually helped us order food. I don't eat out a lot and we had quite a few people to feed after being at the hospital all day long. It was nice to be met with kindness instead of attitude!
You dont need to be hostile towards dasher for not providing dasher name just look at their phone screen for CUSTOMER name and then if they refuse then and only then can you start having an issue.
