DON'T GO HERE!! SCAM! I came here for glasses with fidelis insurance. My insurance covered my exam, lenses and a pair of frames from a very small selection of glasses. The glasses my insurance covered were all hideous so I chose a pair that were $130 I paid for them at the time of the visit out of pocket.
