Dr Wilbur was professional and explained the procedure well.
Excellent people, great care, knowledgeable and informative. However, after getting the MRI ordered by my surgeon from Guthrie it was never sent to him and had i not called to ask about the delay they (Guthrie) still would not know i had the MRI. I had to contact EMHS myself and have the MRI report sent. You would think they would send it to the ordering facility, doctor without having to call and request it!
I drove over an hour to this office because I really liked the PA I previously saw. After my appointment, I had an MRI done at a different facility that was closer to home. A week went by and I hadn’t heard anything, so I had to reach out myself. It took numerous calls before anyone answered. I was told they never received my MRI, but when I contacted the imaging facility, they confirmed it was sent.
