On September 24th @ 6:19 pm I was told I would get my pain medication. For some reason my nurse did not come back. She gave me my insulin and said I’ll be back. She never came back. I did not notice right away because I was on the phone with my wife. When I noticed I was in more pain than usual I called the desk I waited 1 1/2 hrs. You gave my 18 yr old son nitro under his tongue instead of zofran, then the rest of the nursing team freaked out and saw the error. Not ok.

At first, when I walked in I felt like - what a nice place and there are not many people here - won't be long. I waited 2.5 hours for a NP to talk to me. In that time, I did have a 5 minute Triage time. It would have been ok with me to wait that long, if someone had at least come out and talked with me about what was taking so long. I will go to UHS Wilson, next time.
