At first, when I walked in I felt like - what a nice place and there are not many people here - won't be long. I waited 2.5 hours for a NP to talk to me. In that time, I did have a 5 minute Triage time. It would have been ok with me to wait that long, if someone had at least come out and talked with me about what was taking so long. I will go to UHS Wilson, next time.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an employee at the Guthrie lab in Binghamton, NY. During my visit, I felt that the employee was rude and treated me disrespectfully. I believe patients should be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I would appreciate it if management could review what happened and address the situation appropriately. I would also like to know how this complaint will be handled.i m putting it here because there no one cares about you if you put complaint anywhere
