It’s a good thing I don’t live here, because I will not be returning. I waited for approximately 2 hrs in a triage room, and the only thing that happened was that I got my vitals taken twice. Never did I see a doctor, nor an explanation as to why there was a wait time. I was eventually asked to leave the triage room and sit in the hallway, in order to make room for more patients. i brought my sister here, we sat in the waiting room for 6 hours before someone even spoke to us, then we got a room and waited another two hours to see the dr, for the dr to ignore what she said. it’s unfortunate because normally i have good experiences here but ultimately one bad experience can ruin it for ya. medical professionals should be doing better and taking the patients more seriously.

My experience at Lourdes Guthrie Hospital My loved one walked into the ER with a minor problem and was admitted for a heart problem. He was not put in the ICU. For the next 7 days we begged to speak to a doctor about his heart treatment plan. Every day we were told the same thing — it was the holidays and they were on a skeleton crew, so no doctor was available.
