I went to this clinic for almost three years and was never happy. the only person who touched me was the person taking my BP and person taking blood. And my BP was being inconsistent. All the doctor did was stand at the computer making entries. I finally left the clinic for another PCP. Update - I just found out that Guthrie didn't cancelled any of the appointments when I changed PCP and also didn't send my medical records to my new doctor back in July when the new doctor requested them. I would like a genuine answer as to why is it so difficult to see your primary care doctor? My wife called the third week in August to make an appointment. Was told November 18th. Almost 3 months. She asked to be placed on a cancellation list and the appointment has now been moved to November 13th. She called primary care with complaints and requesting to be seen again and was advised she would have to go to the emergency room. If you can, find somewhere else that will get you in. My initial appointment for June was scheduled months in advance and then was cancelled and pushed back to October. Would have loved to go somewhere close to home but it's worth the drive somewhere else to know that I can get in when I need to be seen.

I have had so many problems with this office. They have changed my Doctor 3 times now. I have called several times for an appointment in the past 3 months for the same problem as I needed a referral. They advised someone will call me. Each time I call they say oh my nobody has called you yet? Finally got so bad that they took me without a referral and now I have to go see a reconstruction surgeon.
