Really bad guy. Ruined my teeth with miscolored veneers. Ended up having to have a root canal on my front tooth. So rude and unapologetic. Misrepresented his skills and the cost of the work.
Dr Gary Guthrie messaged me saying that I think I'm entitled and a pain in the ass patient. Lol. Do they teach customer service skills in dental school?
Stay AWAY FROM THEM. Their cost estimation is awful. They charged me more than twice of what they estimated. And it did not have anything with my insurance, bc the insurance paid the proportion it was supposed to pay. STAFF ARE So IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE!!!
