I absolutely love my new primary care provider! Jaela Weinhoffer is absolutely amazing! She wastes no time when you’re switching providers, she makes sure whatever medications you were on prior you still get them as long as the documentation shows it. The way she meets with her patients is very feasible when it comes to me personally i have 5 babes so it’s not always easy going to the office.
