Took time off from work for an appointment that had already been rescheduled once, arrived to find the office closed. Called the Binghamton office and was told I was sent a letter for notification. Not returning.

Wish I chose a place that actually cared for my well-being and eyes. My experience was: I went in to get more contacts and Moran had no chill about it. She insisted glasses however my glasses now are beyond repair and seeing (no pun intended) that contacts are off the table, my only option is to walk blind. Thanks Moran, maybe try a different business practice. You lost my business that we have been going to for numerous years.

I have been with the Twin Tears for many years & have excellent care. Now it has merged with Guthrie, & the staff is just as friendly & accommodating as Twin Tears was. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated, & will continue with Guthrie as long as I Need to. Many thanks to the staff . Patricia Kocik

I have never paid this much for a simple eye exam in my life!! $400, thankfully my 2 insurances covered half of it. The doctor was upset she had to work for Guthrie since the practice was bought by them. Very poor bedside manner! I will not go back and I really used to like Guthries Eye Care!!
