This place is absolutely awful. You're in here longer then being at Arnot Ogden Hospital. Everytime I come here,I am literally here for over 2 hours and it's slow. Absolutely terrible and very very slow

I had an appointment n after waiting over an hour I left . I was so upset it took me 6mt to get this appt. I was on time . They should of told me that the dr was running behind I could of came back in 10 or 15 minutes. Then they wanted to reschedule me in 6mth ! What the heck !!!
Very disappointed that I wasn’t informed that I now will have to pay out of pocket for new prescriptions for eye glasses . Been going here for years and should have been told of these changes as an option to continue to go there. Will be looking for a different eye doctor.
