Had an appointment on May 27th with Dr Giganti .had to wait in waiting room for an hour and a half before anyone came and got me. Was there for over 3 hours. She sent a prescription for eye drops to my pharmacy. I had to call the Dr office several times on May 29th because the insurance company needed more information. Called Dr office again today June 1st insurance sent a response to Dr office. Left message on what i should do about the eye drops around 9 am. Still haven't heard back from Dr office it's now 5:13.
