Never a bad experience here. My PCP is awesome, always kind and considerate!
Worst system ever. I called the number that my PCP told me to call to ask about immunizations for upcoming travel and spent 45 minutes being transferred from one incompetent front-desk person or another who doesn't know where I can get the care that I need. I never ended up getting the answers I needed about where to get the immunizations necessary for my travel. Would rate zero stars if I could.
