I actually really like my care here. My only complaint is that reminder calls are extremely inconsistent. I am a disorganized thinker, which is one of the reasons I am seeking mental health care, so it's really needed for me. They'll keep up with them for a while, so I think I can rely on it to remind me prior to the date, and then they'll just stop doing them again. I'm hiding my real name to maintain my privacy but I promise this is a real review from my real experiences with therapy and medication management at this clinic. To be clear, I saw all the terrible reviews before coming here. It wasn't my first (or even second or third) choice but I was desperate for a place that took my insurance.
