Visited the Endicott office for my child. Therapist was condescending and judgemental the entire time, and acted like they had CPS on speed dial just waiting for the wrong answer to come out of one of our mouths. We were referred there by an inpatient hospital that had done a thorough job and actual psychiatrists made diagnoses. The social worker said she needed to make her own and then said it would take 3 intake appointments before they decided if they would continue services with no med management options in the interim. ... read more

My girlfriend was going here for over a year but the psychiatrists would spend 10 minutes with her and put her on meds that were not fit for her to take she refused to listen to my girlfriend in any regard so my girlfriend asked to transfer and they setup a virtual meeting to discuss why then the day before this meeting they said they will only do a in person meeting even tho my girlfriend cannot attend in person because for one it’s far away but for 2 she doesn’t have a car!!! Worst Mental Health facility I have been to. Therapists are always great but they are constantly leaving, with good reason. The psychiatrists are ill-mannered, don't respect you or listen to you, and when you try to transfer to a different provider they make it impossible. They told me I had to go in office to talk with the psychiatrist I have avoided seeing for almost a year, I told them I dont have a car and they told me they have to cancel my appointment, even though it was set to be virtual. Going to transition into private practice and get some serious help! Maybe lose some weight get on the right meds and dosage! All around become overly all healthy and well!! I think they will do an excellent job!!
