The nurse was very pleasant. After she was done on 3 occassions, I waited over 20 minutes each visit in the exam room for this doctor to come in. No apologies either for being kept waiting. I found him to be a bit cold and arrogant, almost as though he was going through the motions but not really caring.
My only complaint was the misunderstanding. Thought Dr was going to read X-rays & let me know before I left. I waited 1 1/2 hrs then found out Dr went to lunch & hadn't seen the X-rays yet .
