The owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a diverse selection of brands and models. They also have competitive prices. Looking forward to working with them again in the future
I dropped off a wheel to have a spoke replaced. The employee said it would be two days to have it completed. I received a message about 5 hours later saying the repair was finished. This is the second time Guthries has under promised and over delivered with my repair needs. It’s also why I keep returning to the shop.
I took my son’s bike in to have a new back tire installed and the brakes adjusted. The team was incredibly kind and got me in the same day, allowing me to drop the bike off right away. They finished the work quickly, but I wasn’t able to pick it up for a couple of days, no problem at all. They also helped fix a couple of tires on our little bike trailer, which was a great.
