Gut Check is awesome! I have been working out with this group for over 9 years. It’s not easy, but very fulfilling. You definitely will get in shape and get some “buns of steel”. The friendships are lasting, and you will be part of a crazy, and fit family.
This is the most amazing group of humans dedicated to improving your physical and mental fitness! I'm looking forward to the next round of gut check in 2019.
