I scheduled an appointment today july first to have a routine preventative brake inspection. I left work early from Hillsboro for this appointment. When I arrived I was told that their computers were having issues and they had not physically written down the appointment. Then he proceeded to explain to me that typically people make appointments if they're having issues with their brakes. I just got my chevy out of there shop,great service quick as well .it's were I put my full fleet.
Keith, on the GM side, has always been very helpful when I've been there. Great guy. Haven't been to the Toyota side in awhile but when I have visited the service dept Bret Smith was exceptional. I recommend both dealerships
