This was my first time trying Gusto and baby let me tell you that bowl was EVERYTHING you hear me! I had the Chipotle Mango Avocado bowl with Steak and yes lawd I'm coming back for more:)And the staff was friendly which is always a plus. Thank you

The food was ok, but the drive-through customer service needs improvement. The employee taking the order sounded as though they did not want to be there, and the person working the window on 8/23/26 during the evening shift, could benefit from improving their customer service skills and being more welcoming and friendly toward customers. A smile and a positive attitude can make a big difference in the overall customer experience. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and professionalism.
