Ordered a double steak wrap & the steak was a light hue of gray. I asked for a small serving of rice and more lettuce. Only to receive no lettuce on the wrap just pilled with a heap of rice, it felt like I was getting pranked when I bit into the wrap. It was actually disgusting to say the least.

I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready in 30-45 minutes. It was not ready when I arrived despite driving across town. The lady at the counter assured me that they would take care of it once I placed my order. I waited for about 30 more minutes and it still wasnt ready. They served 5 customers that just walked in before me. I had to repeatedly ask for them to make my order, which was wrong when I received it. I’m fed up with the constant mishaps at this location. I’ve had salads with pools of water in the bowls, themed salads missing all the condiments, and even a mixed greens and rice salad that came with a chipotle bowl without greens. Despite reaching out directly to the store lead and manager to address these issues, it hasn’t helped. I wanted to give them the chance to correct their oversights, but it seems like they’re not taking the problem seriously. Gusto needs to do better!
