Just took delivery of my second Subaru from them and both their price and professionalism were top notch. The car arrived on the day it was expected. Traded in my old Outback for a very fair price as well. I have no idea how they’re able to beat the prices at much larger dealerships but as they say, you really “gotta go to Gustman” and you’ll save yourself some serious money.
I don't recommend this place for service on your Subaru.
Took our Subaru there for transmission fluid leaking. They mentioned the transmission had multiple cracks, 2 of the 3 they could fix but the 3rd they couldn’t. Took it somewhere for another opinion and turns out it was the CV axle seal…. Quite the difference but glad we got another opinion. And the car is completely fine now.
I purchased my Crosstrek Sport from Gustman Subaru, and continue to have regular maintenance done there. They go above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one.
