I had a great experience doing a test drive of a 2026 Forester. Bob Levonowicz was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a breakdown of the different trim options for the hybrid and their price ranges. Bob also never made me feel pressured to buy anything in the moment and understood my purchase timeline is best in the near future. Thank you for a great customer experience Bob.
How do wires constitute a mechanical failure? They “inspected” my car and determined that there was damage to the electrical system due to rodents. Then, when I filled a claim with my insurance and they came to talk to the shop, they told insurance there were no signs of rodent damage?! I would seriously consider getting a second opinion from a reputable shop before trusting their initial word on anything. My problem was resolved, but now I feel like the initial diagnosis and very expensive fix may not have been the issue.
Great experience with the sales and service teams. Worked with Mark to trade in my old car and got a great deal on a new Crosstrek. He was very patient as I tested all of the different models to see what I fit best in as a tall guy, and incredibly informative and helpful as I found the right car and package before buying.
