Mark, and the whole team at Gustman Subaru, were amazing to work with. I was not excited to be buying a new car after mine had unexpectedly died but they made the process so easy. Mark never felt salesy, just so helpful. I’m VERY happy with my new Forester and my decision to ditch Ford and switch to Subaru!
Very friendly and professional
Great experience talking with an experienced, professional salesperson. Mark handled our questions & concerns in a timely, helpful, efficient manner.
Today was my first experience, and it was great! Stopped in to get an oil change. Got it done quick, offered donuts and snacks. We looked at the cars in the showroom, and no one bothered us (10/10 for me personally here!). Generally I avoid a public restroom, but it was clean it smelled great! I even checked the air freshener and it was Cintas!
