Great experience with the sales and service teams. Worked with Mark to trade in my old car and got a great deal on a new Crosstrek. He was very patient as I tested all of the different models to see what I fit best in as a tall guy, and incredibly informative and helpful as I found the right car and package before buying. Called at 9am on Monday for a service appointment for my Subaru Outback. Sat on hold for a long time and was finally directed to leave a message. 1pm...no call back so decided to try again. Same routine. At the end of the day, I decided to call another Subaru dealer and was assisted right away. It is now Friday and never did receive a call back. Guess they don't need the business.
