Greg did a fantastic job for us on our new Subaru. He really took the time to listen to our needs and thoroughly went through all of the details of the new car and the transaction.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! Had my 23 outback wilderness serviced here 3 times. Today, I go in for a scheduled oil change. I am in the market for a WRX & I relayed that to a very nice service worker who then connected me with Bob, a salesman. Bob told me that I cannot test drive a WRX on the street but that I can only drive it around the dealership parking lot. That is a flat out lie. Honestly had high hopes but got pretty scam pricing on trade value (well below KBB trade in values (which Gustman claims to use)). No good explanation as to why despite manager team saying “hey, we’ll go to bat for you here and work out a deal”. All talk, no walk.
My daughter and I drove into the lot and noticed a Honda CRV in a year we've been looking for and was interested in, took it for a test drive and came back prepared to discuss price. We were told the price was the price and there was no negotiations. There were no questions about what our price point was or how we were planning on buying. We had cash to buy a vehicle, but it felt like they did not want to sell us a car. I was shut down immediately when I attempted to start discussing price.
