I had to post this, saw it today. What is the towing rating ?
Don’t believe the ‘no appointment needed’ claim. Their website clearly states no appointment is necessary for oil changes or minor maintenance, so I stopped by expecting to be in and out. Instead, customer service told me I did need an appointment — or they’d just “get to me when they can.” Seriously? That’s not walk-in service, that’s sit-and-wait-for-hours-with-no-guarantee service. Completely misleading and a waste of my time. Don’t advertise convenience if you can’t back it up.
